Jessica Palladino
Founder, Sillybird Design
I’m Jessica Palladino, founder of Sillybird Design. My career has taken me across publishing, advertising agencies, action sports, and years of independent freelance work—before stepping into the role of Creative Director for Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile during the startup days and into a period of rapid growth and acquisition.
That path ultimately led me back to what I do best: leading creative with intention, agility, and depth—now through my own studio.
With the range of experience I’ve built, along with a trusted network of top-tier collaborators, Sillybird delivers high-end, agency-quality work with the flexibility and personal attention of a boutique team.
My specialty is layered brand storytelling—going beyond surface-level design to uncover the deeper connection between a brand and its audience. I focus on understanding how a brand truly serves its customer, then building the visual and verbal identity from that foundation.
When that alignment is right, the work resonates on a level that’s both clear and felt. That’s where we do our best work.
